年賀の挨拶用にお茶を買いに行ったが都内のデパートは、すごい人出だった。
波の様に押し寄せる商品、それに又押し寄せる人々。全ては泡沫の夢のように消費される。
中身の判らない福袋と言う商品、自分が何を買い求めたのか、それが自分に必要なのか考える間も無く売れてゆく。
僕たちが欲しかった物は何だったっけ？
Living in Tokyo, I am often overwhelmed by the amount of stuff that are displayed in numerous shops. Each one of those stuff seems as if it represents our greed to 'shop'. Many of us are drawn into waves of those stuff and don't even know what we are buying, yet so infatuated with an act to 'shop'. I hope I am surfing over those waves...
