イチゴのショートケーキをいつか一人で１ホール丸ごと食べる事は長らく僕の夢だった。
毎日、TVのニュースでシュークリームの中からクリームが見える映像を見せられて、シュークリームやケーキがとっても食べたくなってしまった。あの白い紙の箱を見ると今でもドキドキしてしまう。
ところで食品の安全性は大切だけど、目安となる基準と本質の問題はちがう、法律は単なる決まりであって正義とは本質的に違う様に。
シュークリーム事件は、アメリカの手袋で握る寿司のような食文化を良しとするような考え方を加速させなければと心配になる。
Culture shapes human being as the person grows in the particular society. So, the kids, having less time to be influenced by culture than adults, appear to have universal characteristics around the world. What they wear is different, yet the characteristics of children themselves are common everywhere. They all approach me in a favor to have picture taken, giving me the same old smiles and giggles on the other side of the planet.
