青空の白銀の世界はスキー場のポスター等ではお決まりのシーンだ。
だけど、僕は地吹雪が吹く様な厳しい冬の景色の美しさも大好きだ。
全てが曖昧な陰影の中で、全てが白色の中に溶け入っていく美しさは、強風の中でさえ静寂を感じさせる。地獄なのか天国なのかと思いが巡る。
この冬は本当に暖冬だ。寒くないのは過ごし易いけど、冬ならでは光景がいつか、過去の思い出の中だけに成ってしまったら本当に悲しい。
勿論、環境問題としての深刻さも痛感している。
When I was young, I didn’t like winter at all that it was only a season of chilly tourture for me. Then it all changed with encounter with skiing. It opened a whole new world for me of thrill and speed, but most of all, it is the beauty of nature melting into white snow. Now days, I can’t wait till the sign of blizzard.
